Great location, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and restaurants. Beautifully renovated room with a tall ceiling, giving it a spacious feel.- Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
Limited facilities, missing basic amenities such as a proper working heater. Noise issues at night due to the hotel's location on a busy street.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the museums and attractions, making it very convenient for my business trip. The facilities were also great, with spacious rooms that were well-decorated and clean. My favorite part was the comfortable bed which gave me a good night's sleep.
It was a bit difficult to locate the office for check-in, as it was tucked away in an alley and the numbering system was confusing. The steps up to the room were also slippery and could be hazardous, which made me feel uncomfortable at times.

The city break was amazing. Two of the best aspects were the complementary map and brief overview of the main sites given at check-in.

The hotel really impressed us with its attention to detail. From the well-equipped rooms with amenities like a mini fridge and hairdryer, to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was taken care of. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. We were also pleased with the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for the quality offered.
The only thing that could be improved was the confusion during check-in, with the different addresses. However, it didn't affect our overall experience at this hotel.
